*Returns will not be accepted without a completed Return Form*
We hope you never have to return a product, but if you do we will do our best to satisfy your expectations and help you to be happy with your purchased items. You have 30 days to return an item from the date of shipment. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. However, if a paddle is used but it is still in new condition with no scrapes, dents, marks, wear and tear, etc. you may still be eligible for a refund if received within 30 days. After an order has been shipped, we are unable to change your address. We cannot issue refunds for orders that were shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer.
